For the second consecutive year, we received a Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius! This second annual award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
With the pandemic still affecting much of the way we work today, we continued to maintain the positive, fun and transparent environment for our employees virtually. We’ve done this by offering daily all-employee briefings, fitness classes, trivia contests, wellness challenges and more. A healthy work/life balance is encouraged with a plethora of health and wellness benefits as well as unlimited vacation time.
Beyond the recognition and honor associated with this award, we are mostly appreciative of the deeper meaning behind it; we are taking care of our people. Health and safety are top priorities at our company, and we have extended our resources to both our employees and our community.
Last year, we launched The Good Neighbor program to create awareness and support for local community businesses that were struggling during the global pandemic. Another recent community initiative that we supported was the creation of a free health and wellness clinic run by Empath Partners In Care (EPIC) near downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. These are just a few examples of the many ways that we continue to pay it forward.
